  • We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

7) International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing.

8) Digital Products / No Physical Shipping (if applicable)

If you offer digital downloads or virtual services:

Note: For digital products or downloadable items, no physical shipping is required. Access details will be sent to your registered email upon payment confirmation.
